I've got good news
for you dog lovers and Bordeaux style wine lovers. The special
Winery Dog label that we did at Christmas sold out so fast
that many of my fans were disappointed they didn't get any.
So I went looking for a barrel of unlabelled wine in the cave
to do a second bottling and look what I found! A Meritage
(Bordeaux blend) style 2004 Cabernet. Yum! This is a five
Bordeaux blend - Cabernet, Merlot, Cab Franc, Malbec and Petite
Verdot. My Dad, Robert, says these varietals originally came from France.
They grow here now though cause Dad and I visit them in
our pickup truck.
Oh, by the way, my birthday is coming up soon, February 14th,
it's St. Valentine's birthday too, so we're having a party.
I hope you can come. We will be releasing my newest wine and
having Christine's Famous Cheesecake paired with the 2000
Gold and Dad's truffles with the 2003 Ladi's Syrah.
