From the Earth to the Sea
The Cove Wine Collection, certified organically and sustainably grown, proudly supports the heroic efforts of the Oceanic Preservation Society (OPS).
Named as a homage to, and crafted in conjunction with the creators of the Academy Award winning documentary,
The Cove, this collection is comprised of three unique,
hand-made wines: 2007 Cove Cuvée, 2007 Cove Syrah
and 2008 Cove Zinfandel.
Half of all the proceeds from the sale of The Cove Wine Collection will be donated to support OPS and their protection of the marine environment.
Directed by OPS cofounder Louie Psihoyos, The Cove exposed the shocking and brutal dolphin slaughter taking place
each year in Taiji, Japan.
The documentary earned an Academy Award® for Best Documentary Feature, as well as over 25 major
cinematic awards. Though the film is now part of cinematic history, the Oceanic Preservation Society's mission continues.
The Cove Wine Collection was created to support this mission, respecting both the land that brought forth the wine, and the oceans the collection seeks to protect.
