Grapeseed Oil is one of nature's healthiest
treasures. It maintains its healthy properties at the highest
cooking temperature (up to 485 degrees F). After the wine
is made, grape seeds are collected from the fermenters. Expeller
pressing produces light, delicate, incredibly healthful oil.
Cholesterol-free, grapeseed oil actually helps reduce accumulated
cholesterol in the body and improves circulation. It is simply
the best fat there is.
With high levels of linoleic acid, an essential fatty acid
(Omega 6 acids), reportedly, grapeseed oil is 50-times more
potent an antioxidant than Vitamin C & E. It's great for
cooking, with the highest smoke-point of any oil. All natural
ingredients are used in the flavored oils, which stay true
and healthy especially at the high heats of stir-fry or sauté.
Even used sparingly the results are wonderful.
Sear Portobello mushrooms in a hot, dry skillet, then drizzle
with Basil Garlic. Mix Roasted Garlic or Citrus with mayonnaise
for cracked crab dip or sandwiches. Try a dash of Citrus for
a wonderful zing in salad dressings. Ginger-Lemongrass makes
any recipe exotic. Grapeseed Oils are great for dipping, sauces,
