The Souper Bowl

Souper Bowl is a local fund raiser hosted by
Deerfield Ranch Winery and organized by the
wineries resident artist, Fred Parker,
to
- support the Kenwood School Ceramics program
- honor three Sonoma County ceramic artists:
Nicole Hummer, Beverly Prevost and Cynthia Hipkiss.
- benefit the restoration of the Kenwood Marsh
- protect the endangered Kenwood Marsh Checkerbloom plant
Seating is limited and the event is expected to sell out. $45 per person

A dinner buffet of five different hearty “soups”, created by our guest chefs, Robert Rex, John Young, Scott Grove, and Bob Austin, will be served in bowls made and donated by our ceramic artists. The dinner will include “soups” with salad, bread, wine and dessert. Every guest will also receive a bag of take-home creations (including their own unique ceramic bowl). Also featured will be a display and sale of artwork created especially for this event.

Deerfield has partnered with the Oceanic Preservation Society (OPS) in it's efforts to save the dophins in Japan and protect the worlds oceans. You can help by enjoying three Deerfield wines produced for this cause. Half of the proceeds are donated to OPS
